Since January 1, 2019, the Russian healthcare sector has been implementing the Federal Project “Development of the Export of Medical Services”as part of the National Project“Healthcare”.

This project aims to create conditions for the growth of exports of domestic medical care services, create a positive image of the Russian healthcare in the world and attract patients from abroad to increase investments in the Russian medicine.

The project is implemented by 70 regions of the Russian Federation, including the Rostov region.

The State Budgetary Institution of the Rostov region “Medical Treatment and Rehabilitation Center No. 1” is a participant of the federal project “Development of the Export of Medical Services”.

As part of the Medical Tourism Program, we offer various services in the range of our principal medical activities, namely:

Arthroscopy

• Habitual dislocation of the shoulder (surgical treatment);

• Damage to the ligaments of the knee joint (endoscopic surgery);

• Damage to the ligamentous apparatus (several ligaments) of the knee joint;

• Intra-articular fractures of the knee joint (surgical treatment);

• Knee joint injuries including hemarthrosis, damageto meniscus, articular cartilage, joint capsule (endoscopic surgery);

• Fractures consolidation achieved by osteosynthesis with metal implants, arthrodesis (removal of metal implants).

Surgery

• Umbilical hernia (surgical treatment);

• Benign breast tumors (surgical treatment).

Opening hours:

The polyclinic department operates in two shifts from 8:00a.m. to 8:00p.m., Monday -Friday.

Theinpatient department of surgery with 18 beds is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
